These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SubSoar Chrome extension and this website (“Service”). By installing or using SubSoar, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the SubSoar extension for your own purposes in compliance with these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SubSoar to violate YouTube’s terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

AI usage

When you enable AI features and connect your own API key, you are responsible for complying with your AI provider’s acceptable use policy. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party providers.

Payments & Pro access

Pro features are offered as a one-time purchase, currently priced at $4.99 USD, processed by Stripe. Pricing may change for new customers, but existing lifetime licenses will remain valid for the lifetime of the product, subject to reasonable technical and business constraints.

No guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of transcripts, or compatibility with all YouTube videos, browsers, or devices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
